About The Knot Worldwide and the Role:
The Knot Worldwide, a dynamic and multicultural growing environment, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our Revenue Operations team in supporting the French market.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your primary responsibilities include providing personalized quality support, guiding clients through our Mariages.net portal, processing and managing additional campaign products purchased by clients, and liaising with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Satisfaction, assisting, and personalized quality support.
- Phone and email assistance: guiding our clients enterprises through Mariages.net portal.
- Processing and managing additional campaign products purchased by the client.
- Liaise with other departments and areas of the company to resolve and manage customer-related issues.
Requirements for Success:
- Native French speaker (our clients are French companies).
- Fluency in the English language, both oral and written.
- Spanish: Basics (Recommended).
- Experience in customer support (at least 2 years).
- Experience in payment management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High negotiation and retention skills, identifying and developing techniques to improve results.
Competitive Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year (dependent on experience). We offer a positive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
