Customer Success Representative for Hospitality Renewals

Company Overview: Empresa Reconocida is a leading provider of hospitality solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our Sales team is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive to join our ranks and play a pivotal role in driving business growth.

Job Description: As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with our existing customers in the hospitality industry, ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention. This involves proactive outreach, value-based sales approaches, and consultative conversations to facilitate subscription renewals and upsell opportunities. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and develop tailored solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to current customers prior to renewal dates to ensure continuity and discuss ongoing value proposition.
  • Upsell and cross-sell activities to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
  • Renegotiate contracts based on market conditions, highlight additional features, and explain continued benefits for business success.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to achieve excellent results and flawless execution.

Requirements:

  • Native-level German language proficiency.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Account renewal, customer retention, and/or account management experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Superior sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Ability to engage with prospects appropriately and deliver on targets without constant supervision.
  • Territory and pipeline management experience using CRM (Salesforce).

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
