Customer Success Manager for Global Operations

Virtuagym is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead our global operations team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, digitalization, and automation across our customer operations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership and CS teams to troubleshoot CRM/product/data analytics issues and escalate for further fixes
- Proactively recommend strategic improvements to our business model and align with CS management
- Perform deep data dives to identify customer experience improvement opportunities and work across departments to put insights into action
- Report on past results, renewals forecast, and trend analysis, creating meaningful insights for the CS team and other departments
- Create strategies to proactively improve CS processes, balancing effort vs. value
- Build scalable processes to support the Customer Success team in pursuit of customer account retention and expansion
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technical Studies (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration)
- Strong technical affinity and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- 1+ years of experience administering a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and working with BI tools (e.g., Domo, PowerBI, etc.)
- Excited about learning the latest technologies and potential applications of AI and Generative AI
- Proven track record in improving CS operations teams and working closely with management
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet business goals and deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills, team player, and easy to work with
- Critical thinking and systematic approach to work with high-quality standards
- SQL or other programming languages knowledge a plus
- Fluent English (required); additional languages a plus (e.g., Spanish, Dutch, German, French)
- Remote working from Spain with office presence in Amsterdam, Netherlands
- 23 paid vacation days per year (full-time contract)
