We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager for Regate by Qonto to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for onboardinng and fully training new clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.

You will serve as the main point of contact for operational support, resolving issues swiftly and effectively. Additionally, you will recognize and capitalize on upselling opportunities, enhancing client engagement and product utilization. Your expertise will be crucial in customizing and enhancing operational processes to fit the unique needs of the Spanish market.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably with experience as a Key Account Manager/Customer Success and/or Customer Care.

Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English; French is a plus.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS tools, including HubSpot, Zendesk, and Notion.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.

Salary: Competitive salary package ranging from €55,000 to €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
