**Job Description**
We seek a Digital Sales and Customer Success Professional in Barcelona to enhance client retention and satisfaction with our Technogym Digital Solutions. This role involves three key areas of activity:
* Planning and supporting the installation of cloud solutions in the fitness sector
* Achieving sales and profitability targets for digital offerings, including software, hardware, and devices
* Providing best-in-class support to drive usage and retention of cloud solutions

In this role, you will educate customers on e-learning, live training, and tutoring to maximize MyWellness platform usage and productivity. You will also promote initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and support field sales in pre-sales activities.

**Requirements**
* 3+ years' experience in software solution implementation and deployment (SAAS)
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technologies or similar
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Knowledge of CRM management
* Availability to travel in Spain, Portugal, and occasionally in Europe
