About the Role
  Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships? This could be your next opportunity as an Account Manager.
  You'll work directly with independent retail outlets, offering strategic advice and ensuring they have the right products in stock.

Key Responsibilities
  Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges.
  Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.

Challenges
  Regular contact and keeping customers engaged can be challenging. You'll need to excel in managing your time to reach every customer consistently.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  We're looking for someone who is relationship-oriented, customer-focused, organized, efficient, sales-savvy, and has fluency in English and Italian, plus two other European languages.

The Role
  As an Account Manager, you'll be working on behalf of one of the world's largest toy and game manufacturers, known for their passion in creating the best toy soldiers. They pride themselves on their record-breaking sales of over 500 million euros last year.
