SAP Sales Account Manager Role Overview

As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in Spain as an SAP Sales Account Manager. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with extensive industry/consulting experience selling SAP SCM and/or S/4HANA solutions.

About the Position:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate closely with practices and the global executive board to define local consulting sales strategies, focusing on revenue and headcount growth.
  • Business Development: Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market Plans tailored to the local market dynamics and customer needs. Drive market adoption and deployment of Westernacher services in the region.
  • Customer Account Management: Act as a senior expert and local face to the market, key customers, and partners. Expand market share through various activities, including cooperation with SAP and participation in business presentations, trade fairs, and customer workshops.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive industry/consulting experience selling SAP SCM (EWM, TM, IBP, YL) and/or S/4HANA (SD/MM, PP/QM) solutions.
  • Strong insight into market needs, requirements, and innovations with proven ability to implement and adopt sales methodologies and strategies.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives in large and small companies and effectively communicating, presenting, and influencing at all levels.
  • Skilled in overseeing the entire sales process, from initial planning to successful closure, with ability to articulate a value proposition and position value offerings against competitors.
