**About the Role**

Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have what it takes to motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results?

As a Bilingual Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in Athens, Greece. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that your team is meeting performance goals and providing excellent customer service.

**What You'll Do**

Coach and Develop Your Team

Motivate and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. Provide coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.

Manage Multiple Tasks and Projects

Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing your workload to meet deadlines and deliver results. Utilize various tools and applications to track progress and stay organized.

Customer-Focused Mindset

Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support.

Mentorship and Career Development

Support the career development of your team members by identifying areas for improvement and providing opportunities for growth and learning.

Competitive Compensation Package
