This role will play a critical part in driving our global growth strategy, focusing on customer retention and engagement. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM plan, working closely with our Head of Channel Marketing and regional business partners.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and strategic thinker who can lead audience analysis and segmentation projects, drive benchmark analysis, and manage regular reporting processes. Your strong analytical skills and ability to produce reports will enable you to provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Requirements
  • Superior project management skills and strategic thinking
  • Experience with Jira or other project management tools
  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools
