Global VIP Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global VIP Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Edreams Odigeo. As a key member of our Communications department, you will be responsible for managing sensitive customer complaints and ensuring excellent service to our valued customers.
Job Summary:- Manage VIP and sensitive customer complaints via multiple channels
- Identify and mitigate PR risks in national and local media
- Support VIP Communications projects and collaborate with team members
- Measure, analyze, and report on initiative results
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the travel industry, who possesses strong analytical skills, and can work effectively under pressure. If you have a background in tourism, experience in handling customer complaints, and familiarity with CRM tools, we encourage you to apply.
