Job Description: German VIP Account ManagerWe're seeking an experienced and dynamic German-speaking VIP Account Manager to join our team and provide exceptional experiences for our high-value players across our casino brands.
In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting custom strategic plans to meet company objectives, ensuring our VIPs receive a personalised and exceptional experience, fostering loyalty, and driving engagement within our gaming community.
Responsibilities:- Crafting syndication schedules and tone guidelines that give a personal touch to players
- Conducting basic research to engage VIP Players and investigate trending activities within the group
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Requirements:- Proven experience working in a VIP department in the iGaming industry/Crypto Casino/Crypto industry
- Excellent understanding of VIP expectations and delivering first-class service
- Self-confidence to build strong relationships with customers
- Sales experience considered an advantage
- Fluent spoken and written English and German essential
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects as required
