About the Role:

We're looking for an exceptional individual with a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences. As our new VIP Client Relations Manager, you'll be responsible for building long-term strategic relationships with our high-value clients, driving engagement, loyalty, and retention.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. Your expertise in cryptocurrencies, sports betting, and casino games will be invaluable in providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through proactive communication, regular reviews, and personalized support
  • Analyze client behavior, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to drive retention and growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent language skills
