Senior Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our Communications team in Barcelona. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing sensitive customer complaints and ensuring excellent service to our highly valued customers.
Job Description:
The role involves:
- Managing VIP and sensitive customer complaints
- Proactively working to ensure excellent service to these highly valued individuals
- Identifying PR risks and minimizing negative visibility
- Supporting other VIP tasks such as legal customer complaints and consumer organization files
- Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Background in Tourism or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in handling customer complaints
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work with CRM tools and G-suite
- Native-level English language skills
