**About the Role**
At TTEC, we're looking for a talented Customer Experience Manager to lead our team in Athens, Greece. As a bilingual leader (Croatian-English), you'll be responsible for motivating your team to meet performance goals, resolving customer escalations, and ensuring quality experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coach associates to achieve company and client objectives while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training on new information.
- Manage multiple tasks, monitor absence and attendance, process payroll, and perform administrative duties.
- Motivate and mentor your team through constant coaching, feedback, recognition, and difficult conversations when needed.
**Requirements:**
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Promote a performance-driven culture, utilize time management skills, and manage priority tasks.
- Engage and support your team, have a customer-focused mindset, and be comfortable with computer systems.
