Landbot Io is a leading no-code chatbot builder that empowers businesses to convert leads, capture data, and personalize customer journeys in real-time. Our platform is trusted by thousands of companies worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager (English - Spanish) to join our Success team at Landbot Io. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve the most from using our product.

The role involves:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, helping them set up and customize their Landbot experience to meet their specific needs and goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges, ensuring they are utilizing Landbot's features and capabilities effectively.
  • Retention and Growth: Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any potential issues that could affect satisfaction, retention, or growth. Partner with customers to define clear objectives for their use of Landbot, track their progress, and ensure these goals are met.
  • Product Adoption: Proactively drive the adoption of new features and best practices, ensuring customers are leveraging Landbot to its full potential.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional features, services, or plans that can further enhance the customer's experience and success with Landbot.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
