Role Overview

The Customer Success Advisor role is a strategic position focused on the lifecycle stages of our customers as they deploy Autodesk solutions. This involves engaging directly with customers through nurturing and planning interactions, data-driven actions, and reacting to customer-initiated triggers.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers by providing guidance and resources to onboard new solutions and identify at-risk customers who have low adoption of products to increase their value.
  • Partner with sales teams, technical support, client services, and others to guide customer success motions and resolve activation/onboarding/usage issues.
  • Create a high-level customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued adoption of Autodesk products through customer value activities.
  • Participate in Account Planning processes with Sales and Technical Sales teams to identify targeted accounts for success planning activities, engagement strategies, and establish business outcome agreements.
  • Monitor customer usage data and health indicators to translate into strategies for success with reseller partners and internal sales teams.
  • Engage throughout all levels and personas within customer organizations, including contract management, IT administration, end-users, user management, and customer leadership/decision makers.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and support the sales team in pursuit of expansion opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements

  • Collaboration and coordination across multiple team members and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and discover customer business challenges.
  • Fluent languages: French, Spanish, and English.
