Croatian Team Lead, Customer Experience Manager

What You'll Do
We're looking for a leader who can motivate their team to meet performance goals, answer associates' questions, and handle customer escalations while ensuring quality customer experience on every interaction.
You'll coach associates to achieve company and client goals, address employee-related issues, and coordinate training on new or revised information. Additionally, you'll manage multiple tasks, monitor absence and attendance, process payroll, and perform other administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need an associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience. We're looking for someone who promotes a performance-driven culture, utilizes time management skills, and is comfortable with computer systems.
