**Job Description:**
Customer Experience Operations Lead
The Customer Experience Operations Lead will be responsible for driving the delivery of customer-centric projects that improve our services and meet the evolving needs of our customers within the Amadeus Travel Distribution unit. As part of our Customer Care Management team, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience by defining and executing project plans, identifying and engaging with stakeholders, tracking progress, and communicating project status to various audiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Define project charters, objectives, and exit criteria;
* Identify and engage relevant stakeholders;
* Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables;
* Track progress and lead project development, delivery, and deployment;
* Create effective communication plans to highlight key benefits for diverse audiences;
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Care Operations, Commercial, and Marketing to deploy change management strategies;
* Establish regular steering committee meetings with CCM Leaders for project updates and decision-making;
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
* Understanding of customer operations within the travel distribution industry preferred;
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is an asset;
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies;
* Experience working in a diverse and international environment;
* Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
