Job Description

Sales Manager: A key role at Marriott International.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in W Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

The Sales Manager will be part of the External (proactive) sales team and will work closely with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
