Job Description:

Are you looking for a challenging role in digital sales?

As a Junior Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you will be responsible for managing relationships with SME clients, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients
• Develop and execute renewal strategies tailored to each client
• Address and resolve post-sales issues
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes

Requirements:

• At least two years of sales experience, preferably in B2B
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to learn IT topics and have good business acumen
• Passion for sales and commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction
