Overview
Join a world-renowned toy and game manufacturer as an Account Manager, playing a key role in driving sales growth and managing relationships with retail partners. As part of the Recruitment Direct team, you'll be working in our new office in Barcelona's city centre.
Salary & Benefits
€32,000 per annum + benefits package including relocation support (€3,200 paid with first month's salary), profit share bonus, pension plan, extra holidays, staff discounts, and Share Save scheme.
About the Role
We're seeking a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you'll engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges. Your responsibilities will include advising partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities, developing strong relationships with customers, and managing stock levels.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be organized and efficient, and have a third-level qualification (degree) and a valid driver's license. Fluency in English and Polish is required, with proficiency in one additional European language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
