Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Play'n GO. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the relationship between the company and the customer
  • Working closely with customers to set a roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business and development plan
  • Providing education and support to customers on company products and systems
  • Overseeing product offers, contracts, and business models to ensure a profitable relationship
  • Introducing, educating, and managing integrations with new customers
  • Couching and challenging customers to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintaining awareness of market conditions, competitive products, and pricing
  • Monitoring the performance of promotional campaigns and identifying potential issues

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of the iGaming industry, particularly slots
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Problem-solving and a can-do attitude
  • Willingness to travel internationally
