Account Growth Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to drive sales success and contribute to our company's growth.

About the Role

This role is focused on achieving business objectives through effective commercial strategy, territory management, lead generation, and conversion. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for promoting new service offerings, conducting demonstrations and presentations, and ensuring thorough market analysis and customer mapping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Maintain comprehensive territory action plans through data analysis and management support
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
  • Promote new service offerings that align with customer needs and industry trends
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
  • Ensure thorough market analysis and customer mapping
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of achieving sales success, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Additionally, you should possess broad theoretical and practical knowledge of sales disciplines and have experience leading multiple teams.
