We are now seeking a Senior Account Growth Manager to join our international team in Spain, France, and the UK. This role requires a strong understanding of key customer needs and requirements, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of large and important accounts.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Provide customized support to configure the application (onboarding).
- Act as a liaison between Key Accounts and Booksy, resolving issues and maintaining trust and confidence.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to generate new sales opportunities and foster long-term relationships.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to build, maintain, and deepen relationships with Booksy Ambassadors.
- Attain advanced product knowledge and attend meetings with potential high-value providers.
- Analyze reports to improve team performance, propose improvement initiatives, and provide coaching and mentorship to the team.
- Participate in training sessions, recruitment processes, trade fairs, and ad-hoc projects across different markets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with software applications and digital tools.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
Salary:
€65,000 - €85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
