About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Territory Account Manager to join our Sales Hub in Barcelona, where collaboration, fun, and creativity drive our success. As a trusted partner for commercial accounts across Switzerland, you'll build relationships and deliver impactful solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage strategic account plans to drive business growth with a focus on high-value deals.
• Use your expertise to uncover opportunities and expand our portfolio across multiple business units.
• Build strong, executive-level relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with partners to increase win rates on key deals.
• Lead account planning, pipeline management, and ensure quarterly/annual sales targets are met.
• Proactively deliver hardware, software, and service solutions tailored to client needs.

What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Fluent in German with a willingness to travel twice per quarter.
• Deep understanding of client needs, and how to deliver creative solutions using consultative selling skills.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with internal and external partners, driving value and winning strategies.
• Proven ability to drive strategic sales activities and close deals in competitive environments.
• A strong passion for technology.
• IT Sales experience is preferred.
