Strategic Account Growth Manager

**Job Overview**
Clarivate is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our global Customer Success team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in retaining and expanding Clarivate's current business by identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to drive account success.
**Key Responsibilities**
Become a trusted advocate and advisor to customers, gaining insight into their needs and offering recommendations to support their desired business outcomes.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customers derive maximum value from Clarivate's products and services, and working closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Oversee customer training and implement adoption strategies to maximize usage, satisfaction, and return on investment.
Drive growth by securing existing business and identifying expansion opportunities across Clarivate's product range.
Provide high-level governance and operational oversight, establishing effective relationships with geographically distributed teams across multiple business verticals.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Library Information Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or similar experience managing customer relationships.
- Previous experience with library software solutions from Ex Libris, such as Alma, Primo VE, or Leganto, or similar library solutions.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
**Preferred Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will also have:
- A Master's degree.
- Experience using a Customer Success software platform, such as Salesforce.com or Gainsight.
**Estimated Salary Range**: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
