Senior Account Development Manager
Company OverviewOmega CRM, a leading Customer Experience services company with over 20 years of experience in technology and marketing, is seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of approximately €55,000 per year, based on industry standards for similar positions in Barcelona.
Job Description- Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base by collaborating with Sales Directors.
- BUILD LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS BY UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS IN COLLABORATION WITH INDUSTRY PRODUCT LEADS.
- Maintain relationships with SF Account Executives and stay updated on SF updates.
- Develop new ways for clients to derive value from products/services.
- LEAD CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION AT ALL STAGES OF PRE-SALES AND NEGOTIATION.
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
- EXPERIENCE IN SALESFORCE ECOSYSTEM.
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS/TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING.
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
- EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL PROJECTS AND INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS.
