Company Overview

Omega CRM, a leading Customer Experience services company with over 20 years of experience in technology and marketing, is seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to drive customer growth and satisfaction.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €55,000 per year, based on industry standards for similar positions in Barcelona.

Job Description
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base by collaborating with Sales Directors.
  • BUILD LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS BY UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS IN COLLABORATION WITH INDUSTRY PRODUCT LEADS.
  • Maintain relationships with SF Account Executives and stay updated on SF updates.
  • Develop new ways for clients to derive value from products/services.
  • LEAD CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION AT ALL STAGES OF PRE-SALES AND NEGOTIATION.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
  • EXPERIENCE IN SALESFORCE ECOSYSTEM.
  • AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS/TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING.
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
  • EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL PROJECTS AND INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS.
