About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to join our Client Success team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue from our existing client base.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients across various industries and functions.
- Develop and execute account development plans to increase revenue and expand services within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and develop proposals to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and results.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B software or consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
