Job Description

The role of a Strategic Partnership Development Manager at Fyst is to cultivate and expand existing partnerships, driving business growth and revenue. This involves connecting new solutions with current partners, onboarding PSP companies to receive processing channels, scaling capacity by current solutions, and creating risk registers for current partners.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the PSP or fintech industry. Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management are essential. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Connect and integrate new solutions with current partners
  • Onboard PSP companies to receive processing channels
  • Scale and increase capacity by current solutions
  • Create and manage risk registers for current partners
  • Analyze conversion ratios and traffic quality
  • Maintain dashboards for all merchant accounts in the context of partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits

Fyst offers an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research. In addition, the company provides private health insurance coverage, 20 days of vacation time, Latvian bank holidays, sick leaves, and additional birthday day off.
