Strategic Client Partnership Manager

The Client Success team at Gartner follows a client-centric approach, ensuring that every client receives value far exceeding their investment. As a Strategic Client Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients across various industries, from senior C-levels to junior client professionals. Your goal will be to ensure clients are successful in utilizing their Gartner subscription, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend programs of action that drive high value and return on investment on their Gartner membership.
- Identify approaches that address client operational challenges leveraging qualitative and quantitative problem-solving methodologies to continuously improve client experience and retention.
- Conduct regular retention and bright spot analysis of client book of business to provide insights into performance and key client engagement metrics.
To succeed in this role, you must be a 2025 graduate with a Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree. Relevant professional or internship experience is highly valued. You should have a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delivering value to clients. Exceptional communication, collaboration, prioritization, problem-solving, critical thinking, and influencing skills are essential. Fluency in both English and German (reading, writing, and speaking) is also required.
