Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Director Development Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Partnerships group, you'll work closely with development operations leadership to ensure operational excellence and consistency across all therapeutic areas and business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and support functional leads and employees to achieve operational excellence and quality standards.
  • Work with development operations leadership to ensure compliance and consistent delivery of the strategic partnership model.
  • Coordinate partnership training, communications, governance materials, tracking operational or partnership metrics/goals.
  • Serve as a liaison with Business Development for client presentations and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with other assigned Development Operations Leads on the PPD Strategic Partnerships.

Essential Functions:

  • Communicates partnership expectations, applicable corporate goals, key client specific updates, Master Service Agreement(s) (MSAs) terms and client-specific rules of engagement.
  • Creams, compiles and manages operational, quality and financial standards by utilizing systems, tools and reports to identify trends in risks and/or issues.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
