**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Marketing Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns.
**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to engage existing partners and capture new ones.
- Collaboration with the marketing team to create partnership collateral, including presentations, newsletters, brochures, videos, case studies, testimonials, press releases, and website content.
- Development of an effective communication framework to inform partners of promotions, solution updates, and other relevant information.
- Promotion of our global partnership marketing program by identifying potential partners to maximize revenue through joint relationships.
- Recommendation of solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends, target audience, and demographics.
- Support of events, including tradeshows, conferences, and webinars, by working together with the Field Marketing Manager and collaborating with various stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a partner-facing role.
- Proven experience in the B2B tech partnership marketing ecosystem.
- Solid grasp of Salesforce or a related PRM software.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proactive and can-do attitude.
- Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills in English and Spanish.
- Dynamic, flexible, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in B2B SaaS marketing.
