About the Role

At F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe, we are committed to transforming patients' lives through our passion for innovation and our dedication to scientific rigor. As a Strategic Financial Partnership Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our commercial strategy and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the upload of contracts to SAP, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Prevent, detect, and resolve incidents related to contract management, with a focus on automation to minimize price differences.
  • Ensure the correct automatic capture of customers under billing methods by test, guaranteeing total billing of extracted parameters and quarterly monitoring of contractual conditions.

You will have an overview of the Contract - Orders - Invoicing - Collections process and be responsible for executing, documenting, and analyzing established procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Customer orientation, analytical skills, proactivity, and adaptability to change.
  • Proficiency in IT environments, high-level Excel skills, and office tools.
  • Experience in SAP system, business knowledge, decision-making, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking (an asset).

The ideal candidate will have interest in business dynamics and professional language skills in both English and Spanish.

About the Team

You will join the Commercial Conditions team within the Finance Customer Partner department, where you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
