We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing Team at Semrush. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing partners, maximizing the effectiveness of their marketing channels, and creating personalized action plans to elevate their performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in partnerships and digital marketing/affiliate marketing, with outstanding communication and negotiation skills, as well as analytical and data-driven mindset. They will be able to design and lead projects, apply analytical thinking, and report on performance.
