We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Partner Manager for Spain and France to join our Strategic Partnerships team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evolving and innovating our existing partnerships, as well as identifying and evaluating potential partners for our marketplace. Your core responsibility will be to nurture and expand these strategic relationships, ensuring they deliver ongoing value and align with our business objectives. You will take ownership of each partnership from its inception to launch, and ensure ongoing engagement and continuous development. By implementing creative partner programs, marketing campaigns, new integrations, and other innovative strategies, you will be instrumental in driving both partnership growth and hitting key business metrics. Your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining direct relationships with our partners, identifying and implementing new partnerships that drive strategic growth and impact key business metrics, driving pipeline, providing ongoing analysis and reporting on partner performance, researching and evaluating the potential of new partnerships, negotiating partner agreements, and facilitating new partner onboarding.
