Role Overview
eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a skilled Prime Partnership Executive to join our Affiliate team in Barcelona (Hybrid). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our partnership portfolio, driving business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement joint campaigns to boost customer engagement and generate mutual growth for partners and eDO.
• Identify new business opportunities with current and potential partners to drive portfolio growth.
• Track partner performance and report key metrics such as sales growth, Prime Subscription rates, and overall revenue impact.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or account management.
• Strong background in digital marketing, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in project management.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align partner initiatives with business objectives.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
