Job Description
The Global Partnership Development Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective transition of partner platforms, new partners, and countries into our ecosystem. This involves project managing changes in services and processes triggered by partners, ADP, or legislation.
Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Drive and manage end-to-end projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage change management and communicate plans, objectives, progress, and critical issues internally and externally.
- Ensure resources and skills required for mission goals are committed and available during projects.
- Monitor resources throughout projects to ensure objectives are secured within timeline and budget for defined scope.
2. Adoption and Change Management
- Define roll-out strategies in collaboration with project teams.
- Ensure new initiatives and change releases are successfully adopted, accurately, and timely.
- Develop deployment strategies and plans according to ADP business priorities.
- Provide continuous support during project phases for any questions, challenges, or doubts.
Qualifications:
1. Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum based on location and experience.
