About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Fyst. This role will play a critical part in driving growth and expansion of our business through strategic partnerships.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners, onboarding PSP companies to receive processing channels, scaling and increasing capacity by current solutions, creating and managing a risk register for current partners, analyzing conversion ratios and traffic quality, maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners, revising financial conditions, handling requests from partners, solving problems with delays in settlements or debts, and updating information with partners.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the PSP or fintech industry.
  • A strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English and Russian.
