Evotym is a pioneering staffing and recruitment agency in the Fintech sector. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion for our dynamic fintech client. With a strong focus on building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions, this opportunity is ideal for sales professionals looking to accelerate their careers in the Fintech space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster deep connections with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing innovative fintech solutions to drive value.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and execute sales strategies, leveraging market insights to identify new business opportunities and boost revenue growth.
  • Proposals & Deal Negotiation: Craft compelling proposals, negotiate deals, and explore opportunities to expand partnerships through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities to position the company as a leader in the fintech space.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Fintech, payments, or financial services sales/account management. They will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English and Russian is required.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
