**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Barcelona office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management.
  • Executing FX trades with multiple liquidity providers, utilizing Bloomberg/Reuters platforms.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to originate new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Understanding client business environments, strategies, and industries to provide tailored solutions.
  • Benchmarking against competitors to position Ebury's banking solutions effectively.
  • Delivering on dealer-specific KPIs, including revenue growth, churn reduction, upselling high-margin products, and increasing wallet-share.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.

Requirements:**

  • Strong financial services sales experience, preferably in relationship management roles.
  • A well-established network of contacts would be advantageous.
  • Experience working in commercial banks selling to SMEs or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • An academic background in business or finance would be beneficial.

Salary Estimate:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
