Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our partnerships team as a Senior Marketing Specialist, Partnerships Digital. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in joint venture and/or partnership management, with exceptional interpersonal and relationship skills. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing B2B partnerships, tracking program KPIs, building out partner resources, and driving success by surfacing opportunities with key partnerships.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform detailed reports and analysis to track program KPIs and highlight important trends.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare both internal and external reports.
  • Produce custom assets for existing partnerships to drive success.
  • Manage the offer creation process, including building and testing links, refreshing offers.
  • Manage all partner payment functions in a timely manner.
  • Nurture and grow existing partnerships by constantly looking for new ways to expand relationships.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Content, to identify topics that resonate well with partner audiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in joint venture and/or partnership management, building relationships with strategic partners.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated success in working with internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Clear thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel is essential.
