About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a key leadership role in developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- To build, develop, and manage relationships with key corporate and social partners, including embassies, diplomats, politicians, private corporations, international schools, chambers of commerce, sports industry, arts & culture, and real estate.
- To identify new business opportunities and incremental revenue streams through research, analysis, and negotiation.
- To collaborate closely with retail, marketing, hospitality, and business analysts teams to enhance guest experiences and drive sales growth.
- To attend industry functions, such as cultural events, association events, and conferences, to stay informed about market trends and creative strategies.
- To analyze market data and competitor information to develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for the company.
Key Performance Indicators
- To establish a comprehensive database of high-net-worth (HNW) clients, including names, dates, family/group size, and estimated spend.
- To develop and execute incremental HNW channels and campaigns that drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
- To track, analyze, and improve commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful partnership development and execution.
Benefits and Salary
