About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing Team at Semrush. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our existing partners, maximizing their marketing channel effectiveness, and creating personalized action plans to drive their performance and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to acquire high-potential partnerships
  • Work with large amounts of data to inform new tactics and projects, and to report on performance
  • Propose new ideas, organize and manage projects, and prioritize them in alignment with the team's goals
  • Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships and digital marketing/affiliate marketing
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Project management and organization skills
