About the Role:
As a key member of the Paynest team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new commercial and strategic opportunities across EU markets.
Your Impact:
As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for leading the charge in achieving our growth objectives by identifying and cultivating new commercial and strategic opportunities across the EU markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Spearhead the identification and securing of strategic partnerships to drive new commercial opportunities.
- Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate closely with Paynest leadership to identify, strategize, and execute new initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
- Results-Driven Growth: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets through proactive business development efforts and strategic relationship-building.
- Adaptability: Rapidly adjust to external market changes and internal product updates, aligning strategies to stay at the forefront of industry dynamics.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively navigate diverse partnerships and relationships.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail and organization and a process-driven mindset to ensure seamless execution.
- Highly motivated, with a track record of achieving results in a competitive business environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability to lead through change.
