Job Title: Director of Partnerships

About the Role:
Payhawk is a leading global spend management solution for scaling businesses. We are seeking an exceptional Director of Partnerships to lead and scale our global partnership function, driving business growth through strategic collaborations with technology providers and other industry players.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage country targets and metrics to drive business growth
• Hire, manage, mentor, and lead a team of Partnership and Partner Marketing Managers
• Develop and execute Payhawk's partnership strategy, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners to create new business opportunities

Requirements:
• Proven experience in partnership development and management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
