About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team at Syneos Health, Inc. in Spain-Europe. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for driving strategy to identify and engage with key accounts that offer new business opportunities or require ongoing nurturing through a multi-channel approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales objectives by analyzing complex account and industry activity to develop plans for a portfolio of accounts across specific market segments.
  • Maintain effective relationships with active and prospect clients to determine near and future clinical development needs, leveraging meetings and conferences to generate leads.
  • Document and monitor progress in CRM software, ensuring alignment and consistency in Business Development processes.
  • Establish and maintain an internal network for business needs, validating internal data and coordinating smooth transfers of Account Development clients to Business Development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a biological science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of Inside Sales experience, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship development and management, predominantly via phone.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential; German is a plus.
  • May have working knowledge of clinical development and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
