Join our EMEA Digital Sales Team
We are creating a new Digital Sales Hub for EMEA in Barcelona. As a Senior Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth and foster trust-based relationships with SME clients. Your role involves managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving sales, addressing software requirements, executing renewals, and resolving escalations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Service Delivery: Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Rewal Strategy: Develop tailored renewal strategies, securing contract renewals through negotiations.
- Escalation Resolution: Resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems.
- Account Coverage: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of clients' business landscapes, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Data-driven Sales: Utilize data insights and market intelligence to drive sales motions, identify upsell opportunities, and execute targeted campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor performance metrics to improve account management processes and sales strategies.
About the Role
The estimated annual salary for this position in Barcelona is around €85,000, considering the required skills and qualifications. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving our revenue growth, fostering trust-based relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications: You have significant experience in account management, sales, and customer service. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. You must be fluent in English and have a deep understanding of the software industry.
