We are excited to announce the creation of a new Digital Sales Hub for EMEA in Barcelona. As a Digital Sales Account Manager for France, you will be part of a talented global team and play a key role in driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with SME clients, managing service delivery, developing renewal strategies, addressing escalations, and maintaining comprehensive account coverage.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and committed to excellence in customer satisfaction. You will have experience in selling technology products and services, strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, customer onboarding and handling expertise, escalation management proficiency, request tracking and collaboration skills, and the ability to convert business problems into technical solutions. Fluency in French and English is required.

Estimated Salary:

€65,000 - €80,000 per year
