About This Role

As a Senior Digital Sales Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you will be the primary point of contact for our Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients. This role requires building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and goals, and delivering exceptional service delivery. You will drive sales, address software requirements, execute renewals, manage escalations, and maintain consistent coverage across all assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and develop renewal strategies tailored to each client
• Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs
• Address and resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes and identify opportunities for growth
• Utilize data insights and market intelligence to drive sales motions, identify upsell opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns
