Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our commercial sales efforts across EMEA regions. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and establishing ourselves as a market leader in unified observability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage a high-performing sales team of 6-10 people across EMEA regions.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and meet forecasted targets.
  3. Cultivate a sustainable product sales pipeline using Clari and Salesforce.
  4. Monitor and provide feedback on competitor products and industry needs.
  5. Partner with cross-functional leads to create GTM plans and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise technology sales, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong MEDDIC skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience in building and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on developing sales hunters.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies, such as Challenger Sales and MEDDIC.
